Property Management Services

We will look after your home while you are away from it as well as:

• Make sure that your home is secure, check grounds, check mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems and light housekeeping.
• When arrival is imminent prepare beds, bedrooms, other rooms all as required with heating or air conditioning set at comfortable levels.
• Everything will be done to assure your stay is comfortable and carefree.
• When your stay is over your home will be cleaned tidied and left in pristine condition, with linens laundered and ready for your next visit.

Concierge Service

Barbara and Richard want you to feel at home and pampered when you arrive in Durango.

We will arrange especially for you at your request the following:

• Await your arrival at the airport or airpark to transport you to your home or deliver your own vehicle to the local airport or airpark.
• On arrival if you want a lovely candlelit dinner for two or more just let us know.
• Your larder, refrigerator and liquor cabinet is stocked with all your favorite food and beverages.
• On a side table your reservations for local events and restaurants waiting for you.
• We will collect and return your dry cleaning.

Interior Decorating Consulting
Barbara Shelbourne's great eye for decorating will help you make your interior decorating projects tasteful, complete, and painless. Whether you are redecorating or decorating a new home, Barbara & Richard can help you save money and time by shopping with you at the main design marts in and out of state.

New Construction Management
It is hard to build a house when you're 1000 miles away. Barbara and Richard will be team players with you and the builder. Their services include but are not limited to:

• Presence at all meetings with architects and builders.
• Knowledge of complete set of building plans. Being aware of any amendments.
• Regular visits to the construction site.
• Keeping in touch with weekly or bi-weekly progress reports including photos.
• Assistance with choosing colors, appliances, and other decorative items.
• Shopping with you locally and also at the design marts
